Prices: the prices for the rooms are per person and day including breakfast buffet and with a minimum stay of 3 days.
The prices for the apartments A are per day and for 4 persons, linen and cleaning included.
The prices for the apartments B are per day and for 2-3 persons, linen and cleaning included.
- A deposit (guarantee) will be charged upon reservation. This deposit is a guarantee for the payment and will not be returned in case of cancellation by the guest.
- In case of premature departure a compensation of the room price for three days (without services) will be charged.
Beginning on 1st January 2018 a local tax of 1,45 € per person per day will be introduced in South Tyrol.
From 1st January 2024 the local tax will be of 2,10 €.
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services,as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
